ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate - Job Description:
This ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate role involves managing the delivery of applications and solutions under the ServiceNow platform. The focus is on ensuring projects like ITOM, ITAM SAM, HAM, ITSM, and others are delivered on time, within budget, and with expected quality. The role requires overseeing the planned schedule of the ServiceNow Program.

ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate - Responsibilities:
• Prepare project definition and scope documents with guidance from management
• Collaborate with ServiceNow technical and business leads to ensure project alignment
• Manage project work plans, update schedules, and report progress
• Prepare budget estimates and track project expenses
• Facilitate expense approvals and adhere to procurement policies
• Prepare communications to senior management
• Research project management tools to support current and future efforts
• Follow internal project management standards and processes

ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive experience managing enterprise-wide IT transformation projects
• Strong background in contract negotiations and vendor management
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools
• Proven success with large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with project management tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
• Experience in velocity-driven sprint planning
• Strong people management skills
• Public sector experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

ServiceNow Project Manager-Intermediate – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with a potential extension of 6 months.
