ServiceNow Senior Developer

Procom is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer for a contract opportunity supporting a large scale ServiceNow modernization initiative. This engagement centers on establishing a strong CMDB foundation and enabling Security Operations capabilities. You will bring the architecture to life through hands on configuration, scripting, and integration work.

What you will do

• Execute technical stories prioritized by the customer
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery schedules, MID Servers, and credentials
• Build and adjust Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules
• Build health dashboards to monitor CMDB completeness, correctness, and compliance
• Stand up a demo environment to run use cases
• Develop integrations with security scanning tools and SIEM platforms
• Configure automated routing rules, assignment groups, and security incident SLA tracking
• Run unit testing across configurations and integrations

What you bring

• 5+ years of active ServiceNow development experience
• Expert level proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Flow Designer
• Proven experience setting up MID Servers, configuring REST/SOAP APIs, and adjusting IRE rules
• Familiarity with ServiceNow Security Operations data structures
