ServiceNow Systems Administrator:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a ServiceNow Systems Administrator for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

ServiceNow Systems Administrator - Job Description:
The ServiceNow Systems Administrator will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the ServiceNow platform. The role involves designing and implementing IT Service Management solutions to improve incident, problem, change, and service request management.

ServiceNow Systems Administrator - Responsibilities:
• Design and implement IT Service Management solutions following established policies and standards.
• Provide technical and thought leadership in system integration and application development.
• Work with clients and project managers to define scope and provide accurate cost/schedule estimates.
• Review and ensure vendor deliverables meet solution requirements.
• Lead architecture, design, and code reviews for IT Service Management solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and test issues, including root cause analysis.
• Perform off-hours maintenance and deployments for system releases.
• Deploy code in 15 instances of ServiceNow.

ServiceNow Systems Administrator - Mandatory Skills:
• Systems administrator experience with ServiceNow – 5+ years
• CSA certification
• Strong communication skills

ServiceNow Systems Administrator – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Development experience
• Banking experience
• ITIL 4

ServiceNow Systems Administrator – Assignment Length:
This is a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension up to 2 years.

ASAP

ServiceNow Systems Administrator - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office, which may change to 4 days.
