Servicing Analyst:
On behalf of our Corporate and Commercial Banking client, Procom is searching for a Servicing Analyst for an 8-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Billings, Montana 59101 office.

Servicing Analyst - Job Description:
The Servicing Analyst will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to liens, titles, and insurance. The role involves investigating and resolving title issues and customer concerns while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Servicing Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Resolve customer inquiries and requests related to title processing, lien perfection, and insurance requirements.
• Communicate with customers, dealerships, DMV offices, and other business partners regarding title and insurance matters.
• Research and resolve title issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
• Provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders regarding account status.
• Support departmental objectives by completing additional tasks as assigned.

Servicing Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of customer service or related experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Servicing Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working with title processing or vehicle finance.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork-oriented.
• Accessible communication style.

Servicing Analyst – Assignment Length:
This is an 8-month contract position with the possibility of extension or conversion to full-time employment.
