On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Site Reliability Specialist for a 1-year role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Site Reliability Specialist x 2 - Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Specialist to join a project focused on Quality Risk Management (QRM). The role involves the design, build, automation, administration, security, and operational support of enterprise Azure infrastructure and Databricks platforms. This is a long-term contract opportunity with potential for extension and conversion.

Site Reliability Specialist x 2 - Responsibilities:
• Design, build, deploy, and support enterprise Azure cloud infrastructure environments in both Windows and Linux
• Build production-grade Azure environments from the ground up across Development, QA, Production, and Disaster Recovery platforms
• Deploy, configure, secure, and support Azure Databricks workspaces and supporting platform services
• Administer Azure Virtual Machines, Azure App Service, Storage, Networking, Monitoring, Backup, and Disaster Recovery solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, platform, networking, security, and performance issues
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, Bicep, or similar technologies
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, DevOps, Application, and Architecture teams to deliver automated platform solutions

Site Reliability Specialist x 2 - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering, cloud engineering, or platform engineering experience
• Experience building enterprise Azure environments from scratch
• Strong Azure and Databricks skills
• Experience with infrastructure automation and CI/CD practices
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Python
• Ability to design and implement highly available, scalable, and secure cloud architectures
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Site Reliability Specialist x 2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Relevant Azure certifications
• Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or Bicep
• Knowledge of cloud security controls and governance standards
• Experience with cloud migration and modernization initiatives
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows

Site Reliability Specialist x 2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension and conversion.
