Snr Project Manager - SharePoint Migration:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Snr Project Manager - SharePoint Migration for a 12 month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Snr Project Manager - SharePoint Migration - Job Description:
The Senior Project Manager will lead complex SharePoint migration and Microsoft 365 transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation through closure. The role involves managing large-scale migrations in enterprise environments, focusing on minimal business disruption and aligning with client expectations.

Snr Project Manager - SharePoint Migration - Responsibilities:
• Lead complex SharePoint migration initiatives in partnership with technical and business teams
• Provide end-to-end project leadership throughout the migration lifecycle
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate technical, business readiness, testing, and validation activities
• Track progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions
• Facilitate project governance meetings and executive updates
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related matters

Snr Project Manager - SharePoint Migration - Mandatory Skills:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 12 years of project management experience
• Experience leading enterprise technology migrations or Microsoft 365 transformations
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Strong financial and commercial management experience
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and change control
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Snr Project Manager - SharePoint Migration – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Direct experience with large-scale SharePoint migrations
• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Experience in the energy, utilities, or oil and gas sectors
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
