Social Media Listening Manager
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Social Media Listening Manager for a 14-month role. This position is a remote position open to applicants from any province in Canada.

Social Media Listening Manager - Job Description:
The Social Media Listening Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on customer and competitor activity across key social media platforms. This role supports the Social Media Intelligence team during a maternity leave, focusing on developing insights and recommendations from social media data to meet diverse business needs.

Social Media Listening Manager - Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain, and optimize social listening queries, dashboards, and alerts
• Monitor brand, competitor, and industry conversations across social platforms
• Identify emerging narratives, spikes, and reputational risks
• Produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting on conversation volume, sentiment drivers, themes, and share of voice
• Deliver actionable insights and connect online activities to business impact
• Manage dashboards, alerts, tagging frameworks, and automation within listening platforms
• Maintain documentation and process accuracy across deliverables
• Participate in emergency/on-call support rotation

Social Media Listening Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 3+ years of relevant experience in social listening, social intelligence, digital analytics, or insights roles
• Postsecondary degree in any field
• Deep understanding of the digital & social media landscape
• Experience with social media reporting tools such as Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Synthesio, etc.
• Strong data mining skills with an analytical mindset
• Ability to translate data into clear insights
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Social Media Listening Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Previous FI experience
• Bilingual French/English
• Relevant postsecondary education

Social Media Listening Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 14-month contract position.
