Software Developer - Back End - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Back End - Senior for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Software Developer - Back End - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical API development project. The project entails developing new enterprise applications using advanced technologies and frameworks.

Software Developer - Back End - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Manage the interchange of data between the server and the users
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications
• Develop detailed programming specifications and generate code
• Maintain and conduct unit tests
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software operation
• Provide technical assistance in implementation and conversions

Software Developer - Back End - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Demonstrated experience with API (Back-end) development
• Demonstrated experience of developing applications using Angular, Material Design
• 10+ years of experience in developing N-tier enterprise applications
• 10+ years of experience in developing using .Net frameworks, C#
• Experience working with .Net Framework - MVC, Web services, Web API
• Experience writing SQL and Stored Procedures, preferably in MS SQL Server and Cosmos DB
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Software Developer - Back End - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in user-experience (UX) design
• Experience using Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) methodologies
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA)

Software Developer - Back End - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Software Developer - Back End - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

Software Developer - Back End - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite 5 days a week.
