Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate-Dynamics:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate-Dynamics for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate-Dynamics - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project focused on CRM platform development and integration within the Government Services Integration Cluster. The project is centered around enhancing and configuring the CRM platform, specifically Microsoft Dynamics.

Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate-Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Develop and configure CRM platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics
• Collaborate with team members to integrate CRM solutions
• Provide technical expertise and support for CRM-related projects
• Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure the CRM platform meets the project requirements and objectives

Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate-Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platform development and configuration, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Problem-solving skills
• Experience working collaboratively in a team environment

Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate-Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with government services projects
• Familiarity with integration of CRM platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards
• Experience with other CRM platforms
• Understanding of project management principles

Software Developer - CRM - Intermediate-Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
