Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics for an 8 month contract role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics - Job Description:
The role is part of the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) Modernization program, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI reporting. The project involves implementing configurations, customizations, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a strong emphasis on reporting from Dynamics 365 data in Power BI.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Support the delivery of assigned enhancements of the OPGT Modernization program.
• Implement configurations, customizations, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations per user requirements.
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide insights into business performance and trends.
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of reports.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and creating interactive reports and dashboards.
• Proven experience producing reports from Dynamics 365 CE and Finance (F&O).
• Azure cloud certifications (e.g., Azure fundamentals, Azure Power BI Data Analyst Associate).
• Dynamics 365 certifications.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with data integration projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Experience in a public sector environment.
• Knowledge of advanced features in Power BI.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position with a duration contingent on project requirements and completion.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics - Start Date:
ASAP.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position is onsite, working 7.25 hours per calendar day sometime between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
