On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 for a 6-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 - Job Description:
Seeking a skilled Software Developer to contribute to the development of a modern online Registration system. This project involves configuring MS Dynamics 365 for Registration and Permit workflows and integrating with a public-facing portal using MuleSoft middleware.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 - Responsibilities:
• Configure MS Dynamics 365 for Registration and Permit workflows
• Integrate Dynamics 365 backoffice with a Java/React portal using MuleSoft
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless system functionality
• Prepare documentation and present ideas clearly to stakeholders
• Maintain a high level of customer service for internal and external clients

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power platform, and Azure solution design
• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability and integration with Microsoft cloud technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, Power Platform
• Strong communication skills for documentation and customer service

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure
• Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace
• Experience with .NET, C#, JavaScript
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines
• Previous experience in government sector projects

Software Developer - CRM - Senior-MS Dynamics- x2 – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
