Software Developer - CRM - Senior:
On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - CRM - Senior for a 7 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior - Job Description:
The project involves enhancing and maintaining the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, focusing on customer management solutions. The role includes new development and customization to meet evolving business needs.

Software Developer - CRM - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Translate requirements into working, tested CRM applications using Agile methodology
• Develop detailed programming specifications and write user stories
• Design, develop, code, configure, and integrate CRM solutions
• Conduct unit testing and ensure quality assurance
• Deliver customizations by defining and implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views
• Establish security measures and optimize CRM system performance
• Lead post-live support and resolve issues or questions
• Collaborate with project team members throughout the development lifecycle

Software Developer - CRM - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of experience with CRM software and high availability solution design
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Case/customer Management
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 cloud solution customization and APIs
• 3+ years of experience in CRM-MS Dynamics 365 applications analysis and architecture design
• 5+ years of experience with Power Automation
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer/Case Management architecture and functionalities
• Experience with Azure Cloud environments and integration technologies

Software Developer - CRM - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Power Apps and PowerBI integration
• Experience with SharePoint integration with Dynamics
• Experience with middleware and gateways integration
• Experience using Azure DevOps for deployment
• Knowledge of GIS technologies, specifically Esri ArcGIS

Software Developer - CRM - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 7 month contract position.
