Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (2x):
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior for a 12-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Job Description:
This new role involves working on a critical health care data exchange standards project. The project focuses on implementing and enhancing data exchange standards within the health care sector, utilizing cutting-edge cloud technologies.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present analysis to support component design using models to the project team
• Participate in project focus groups, JAD sessions, SCRUMs, and technical meetings with IT service providers
• Provide production support to the SADIE application
• Anticipate and resolve problems to ensure deliverables are completed on time and in compliance with OPS Standards and Templates
• Review and confirm software, hardware, and network requirements
• Identify and communicate issues and risks to the DADS IT Project Manager and participate in mitigation activities

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) or other Cloud Technologies (Openshift, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript ES6+, Spring Framework, Quarkus, Angular 9+, Angular Material, Drools, TypeScript, SQL, Node.js, HTML5
• Knowledge of standards for health care data exchange, particularly Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with HAPI FHIR and SmileCDR
• Experience with relational, hierarchical, and non-relational (document-oriented) database technologies such as PostgreSQL
• Experience with communication protocols like HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, TCP/IP
• Experience in analysis and design, including the use of UML to model solutions
• Experience in User Interface development with a focus on the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with an onsite requirement of 5 days a week.
