Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4):
On behalf of our government client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4) for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto or Guelph office.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4) - Job Description:
The Ontario Agricultural Soil Information System (OASIS) project aims to develop a comprehensive system for the collection, storage, and maintenance of agricultural soil data. This role involves new development and integration with existing systems to support OMAFA’s initiatives.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4) - Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the OASIS core web application using Azure Cloud Java technology
• Integrate the OASIS field data application with ESRI GIS technology
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and security

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4) - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of full-stack Java development experience
• Proficiency with Java/JEE technology and Spring Boot version 2.5 or higher
• Experience with Angular 2+
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with soil management systems
• Integration experience with ESRI ArcGIS
• Understanding of agricultural data systems
• Experience working on government projects
• Strong problem-solving skills

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4) – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from November 2026 to March 2027, with an option to extend.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior (4) - Assignment Location:
Hybrid work model in Toronto or Guelph, Ontario, Canada, with onsite presence required 2 days a week.
