Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java:
On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java - Job Description:
This new role involves working on critical government projects focusing on large-scale multi-client web applications. The project includes designing and developing new features and maintaining existing systems using a variety of technologies.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java - Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and expand data pipelines through extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
• Develop detailed programming specifications, generate code, and conduct unit tests.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software package operation.
• Collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience as a designer and developer in large-scale multi-client web applications.
• 10+ years of hands-on Java development experience with Oracle or SQL databases.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with RestAPI, React, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, NodeJS.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Working experience with RXJS, NextJS, VueJS.
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal.
• Proven experience with WCAG and AODA.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with public sector projects.
• Knowledge and experience with microservice architecture.
• Experience with Responsive Web application development.
• High-level knowledge of front-end interfaces.
• Experience with Java WebLogic and Java programming for web applications.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java - Start Date:
ASAP.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior-Java - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
