Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior for a critical project role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves developing a cloud-native web application with a focus on AODA compliance for the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement. The project is centered around creating accessible and efficient software solutions using modern technologies.

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with IT professionals throughout the software development process
• Develop, design, implement, and maintain applications using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Design, code, test, and debug applications
• Work with both front-end and back-end development, including database design
• Utilize information retrieval using query languages like SQL

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Entity Framework or other Object-Relational Mapping data access tools
• Proficiency in REST APIs
• Experience with REACT and NEXTJS
• Strong skills in JavaScript and TypeScript
• SQL experience

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with cloud-native applications
• Knowledge of AODA compliance
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience in public sector projects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Software Developer - Full Stack - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract position.
