Software Developer- Mobile Apps:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer- Mobile Apps for a 5-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Software Developer- Mobile Apps - Job Description:
The project involves the development and enhancement of mobile applications within the Health Services Cluster, utilizing Flutter for mobile applications. The role will focus on upgrading existing platforms and developing new solutions to support public and business service delivery.

Software Developer- Mobile Apps - Responsibilities:
• Develop and enhance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design solutions.
• Implement real-time and near real-time data processing services.
• Ensure seamless integration across complex systems and maintain interoperability.
• Contribute to project plans, including work breakdown and resource allocation.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot technical issues.

Software Developer- Mobile Apps - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience with JEE and JAVA Technologies.
• Proficiency in mobile application development using Flutter.
• Experience with frameworks such as Spring, Maven, and Hibernate.
• Strong knowledge of development languages like Java, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Web Services API and application servers like WebSphere.
• Experience in design and development of data models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Software Developer- Mobile Apps – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Apple Xcode IDE and Swift.
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Dispatch systems (CAD).
• Familiarity with Continuous Deployment methods.
• Experience with tools like Eclipse and SQL Developer.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Software Developer- Mobile Apps – Assignment Length:
The position is for 5 months, with the potential to extend to October 2028 based on performance.
