Software Developer - Senior (4):
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Senior (4) for a 6-month role. This position is an onsite position at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - Senior (4) - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project focused on developing multi-tier solutions and systems integration. The project entails designing and developing complex systems, integrating various technologies, and coordinating technical problem resolutions.

Software Developer - Senior (4) - Responsibilities:
• Requirements analysis, in collaboration with the business analysts
• Solutions design and architecture artifacts - conceptual, logical, and physical
• Architecture checkpoints activities and support
• Solutions design walkthrough
• Complete documentation - technical and user guides
• System/solution components coding and integration
• System unit and integration testing
• Test cases development for unit and integration testing
• Collaboration with system testers to develop test cases for system functional, performance, and vulnerability testing
• Knowledge transfer checklist and walkthrough for the technical project team members

Software Developer - Senior (4) - Mandatory Skills:
• Thorough knowledge of large-scale complex systems analysis techniques and methodologies
• Advanced knowledge and experience of full-stack multi-tier solutions/system components analysis, design, and coding
• Expertise in REST API, SOAP/WSDL web services, JSON/XML messaging, and User Interface technologies
• Experience with systems integration and third-party solutions/services integration
• Effective communication skills to prepare reports and explain technical solutions

Software Developer - Senior (4) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in emerging technologies
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Experience in conducting research and assessing client requirements

Software Developer - Senior (4) – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
