Software Developer - Senior - .Net:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Senior - .Net for an 11-month role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Software Developer - Senior - .Net - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project involving GeoTalent and .NET development. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and maintaining existing web applications and developing new web-based initiatives.

Software Developer - Senior - .Net - Responsibilities:
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
• Develop detailed programming specifications and generate code.
• Compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software package use and operation.
• Provide technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

Software Developer - Senior - .Net - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience with GeoTalent, including TP Macro Language and TP environment.
• 8+ years of .NET experience.
• Experience with databases, data modeling, and SQL programming skills.
• Experience in structured methodologies for application development and maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with ASP.Net Core .net 6 and above, MS .NET Entity Framework, and Blazor Server.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.

Software Developer - Senior - .Net – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with middleware and gateways.
• Knowledge of rapid application development (RAD) methodologies.
• Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions.
• Knowledge of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA).
• Experience with Telerik UI for Blazor.

Software Developer - Senior - .Net – Assignment Length:
This is an 11-month contract position.

Software Developer - Senior - .Net - Start Date:
ASAP.

Software Developer - Senior - .Net - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, onsite 5 days a week.
