Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow for a 6-month contract role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow - Job Description:
This role involves new ServiceNow Developer responsibilities focusing on platform development and administration. The project entails engaging in strategic platform leadership and roadmap direction within a complex enterprise environment.

Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow - Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities.
• Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications.
• Develop detailed programming specifications, write and/or generate code, compile data-driven programs, maintain, and conduct unit tests.
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion, and migrations.

Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow - Mandatory Skills:
• Development experience with ServiceNow portals and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR).
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including 3-5 years in solution architecture and platform governance roles.
• 5+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in complex enterprise environments.

Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, ITOM, Security Operations, IRM, or equivalent).
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) considered a strong asset.
• ITIL v4 Foundation or higher certification.

Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with potential for extension.

Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow - Start Date:
ASAP.

Software Developer - Senior-ServiceNow - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, onsite 5 days a week.
