Software Developer - Senior:
On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Senior for a 7 month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Software Developer - Senior - Job Description:
This role involves designing, architecting, and developing complex enterprise applications. The project focuses on upgrading current platforms and integrating new technologies to enhance application performance and user experience.

Software Developer - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Design and develop enterprise applications using ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and C#.NET
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs with ASP.NET Web API
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshoot application performance issues and resolve them through code changes
• Conduct unit tests and debug code to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Software Developer - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• At least 10 years of experience in enterprise application development
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, .NET Framework 4.8.1, C#.NET, and VB.NET
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js and Angular
• Strong SQL skills and experience with MS SQL Server
• Expertise in API documentation and design tools like Swagger
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Software Developer - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Windows 10 and Windows Server environments
• Familiarity with Visual Studio and MS Web Services
• Knowledge of Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Presentation Foundation
• Experience with Azure DevOps Services and Team Foundation Server
• Background in Criminal Law and Justice-specific applications

Software Developer - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 7 month contract position.
