Software Developer - Senior:
On behalf of our Government Services client, Procom is searching for a Software Developer - Senior for a 6-month contract role. This position is onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Software Developer - Senior - Job Description:
This new Senior Software Developer role focuses on developing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. The project involves implementing CRM, customer service, or case management solutions to enhance enterprise application delivery.

Software Developer - Senior - Responsibilities:
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to developers and technical team members.
• Architect, design, and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Case Management solutions.
• Develop architecture artifacts and define technical roadmaps and integration patterns.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using Azure services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve productivity and development practices.

Software Developer - Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 7 years of software development and enterprise application delivery experience (Java/React).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform.
• Strong expertise in Dataverse, including data modeling, security, and integration.
• Proficiency with .NET/C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL Server, and REST APIs.
• Experience delivering solutions in complex enterprise or public-sector environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Software Developer - Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, and other Azure services.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.

Software Developer - Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract with potential extensions.

Software Developer - Senior - Start Date:
ASAP.

Software Developer - Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This position requires 5 days onsite.
