Solution Architect - CRM Intermediate- Maximo
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect - CRM Intermediate- Maximo for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Solution Architect - CRM Intermediate- Maximo - Job Description:
The project involves leading the development and implementation of solutions within the IBM Maximo suite, focusing on enhancing functionality, security, and integration with ERP systems. The role includes managing cloud transformations, application upgrades, and ensuring successful divisional implementations as a Maximo Technical Subject Matter Expert.

Solution Architect - CRM Intermediate- Maximo - Responsibilities:
• Provide technical architecture and design solutions for custom applications and interfaces
• Develop technical strategy, architecture, and framework for work management
• Manage enterprise architecture and infrastructure configuration
• Recommend changes to optimize operational procedures
• Participate in root cause analysis reviews
• Promote shared infrastructure and technical designs to reduce costs
• Support data conversion and migration strategies
• Assist in functional test case development and application testing
• Verify and validate vendor-provided solutions

Solution Architect - CRM Intermediate- Maximo - Mandatory Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in software development, systems engineering, or similar roles
• Extensive knowledge and experience in IBM Maximo suite, including versions 7.6 and 9.1
• Experience in leading major enterprise-wide cloud transformations
• Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation abilities
• Experience in a technical advisory or consulting role within the utility industry
• Strong analytical and technical aptitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solution Architect - CRM Intermediate- Maximo – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Infrastructure As Code (IaC) and software-defined infrastructure
• Proficiency in developing custom applications and interfaces
• Knowledge of stakeholder communication methodologies
• Experience with process management and controls
• Familiarity with public and private cloud systems

This is a 12 month contract position with a potential extension of 9 months.
