Solution Architect - CRM Senior:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect - CRM Senior for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Solution Architect - CRM Senior - Job Description:
The project involves configuring and deploying Salesforce Experience Cloud components to support the redesigned 311 interface. The role includes developing frontend components, integrating with Service Cloud backend processes, and ensuring alignment with governance standards and security policies.

Solution Architect - CRM Senior - Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud components.
• Develop frontend components and user interaction flows.
• Integrate Experience Cloud with Service Cloud backend processes.
• Configure user authentication, security, and access models.
• Provide technical design documentation.
• Support testing activities and prepare deployment packages.
• Deliver post-launch support and knowledge transfer documentation.

Solution Architect - CRM Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in large project environments.
• Minimum 5+ years using Salesforce technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using tools like Apache NiFi.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.
• Salesforce Platform Developer or App Builder certification.
• Strong IT knowledge, including cybersecurity principles.
• Excellent communication skills.

Solution Architect - CRM Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control.
• Understanding of Salesforce security and data privacy controls.
• Experience in multi-environment deployments.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Solution Architect - CRM Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a 6 month contract with the option to extend for an additional 6 months.

ASAP.

Solution Architect - CRM Senior - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position with 3 days in the office.
