Solution Architect - Salesforce
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect - Salesforce for a 7-month role. This position is remote, allowing work from anywhere in Canada.

Solution Architect - Salesforce - Job Description:
The Solution Architect - Salesforce will provide design guidance for Salesforce-driven products and projects, acting as a subject matter expert in technology and best practices. The role supports various CRM projects, including eCRM, Wealth CRM, and Advisory CRM, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Solution Architect - Salesforce - Responsibilities:
• Lead the design of robust, scalable architectures in Salesforce and adjacent platforms.
• Support project management and product delivery teams by defining technical requirements and identifying risks.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce implementation and integration best practices.
• Align long-term goals of business units with technical roadmaps and enterprise strategies.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms for CRM needs and initiatives.
• Define and exercise architectural standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Share experiences across architecture and engineering groups to enhance knowledge and efficiency.

Solution Architect - Salesforce - Mandatory Skills:
• Extensive Salesforce solution architecture experience.
• Salesforce Certification.
• Experience in the banking sector.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce Core, Data Cloud (Data 360), and AgentForce components.
• Experience with API integrations and security best practices.
• Systems thinking and understanding of business operations in financial services.

Solution Architect - Salesforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with Google Suite and Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with data migration and syncing.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly.
• Strong consulting skills and recognized as a thought leader.
• Understanding of cyber security, risk, fraud, and compliance requirements.

Solution Architect - Salesforce – Assignment Length:
This is a 7-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Remote, anywhere in Canada with flexible work hours.
