Solution Architect:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect for an 8-month role. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the PST time zone.

Solution Architect - Job Description:
The project involves designing and building an in-house Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise proof of concept (POC) for the BC Children’s Center for Health Complexity. This POC will support care coordination workflows and assess the viability of Dynamics 365 as a tool alongside existing electronic medical records.

Solution Architect - Responsibilities:
• Design POC using Dynamics 365 Customer Service Enterprise with Healthcare data modeler, Care Management, and Power Platform.
• Develop MVP Solution Architecture Proposal, including user access, security roles, and data flow diagrams.
• Configure test, development, and production environments for POC.
• Conduct facilitated testing and prepare test summary reports.
• Complete user training and knowledge transfer to the PHSA team.

Solution Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Solution Architect Expert (preferred).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred).
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (minimum).
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (minimum).
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service in public sector organizations.
• Expert or Specialist Seniority Level.

Solution Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with healthcare data management.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in privacy and security assessments.
• Familiarity with solution application lifecycle management.

Solution Architect – Assignment Length:
8 months from the start date with four possible 4-month extensions.
