Solution Architect:
On behalf of our Public Sector client, Procom is searching for a Solution Architect for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office. 

Solution Architect - Job Description:
This role involves a critical project focusing on the development and implementation of application architecture. The Solution Architect will work on creating and managing cross-platform applications in a large and distributed environment, ensuring seamless integration and interaction among components.

Solution Architect - Responsibilities:
• Define the structure and relationship among applications, identifying reusable components and quality metrics
• Develop, implement, and manage cross-platform applications in a large, distributed environment
• Monitor system interactions and define limitations and requirements for source code
• Define interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems

Solution Architect - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience in the development and implementation of application architectures for a minimum of 6 years
• Extensive experience in systems analysis and design in large systems environments
• Knowledge of TOGAF ADM or Zachman architecture frameworks
• Practical experience with architecture tools like EA Sparx, Archi, or similar
• Experience and knowledge of integration types including SOA, APIs, and web services

Solution Architect – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design techniques
• Experience with Ontario Government Enterprise Architecture methodologies
• Experience designing detailed functional and technical requirements
• Experience leading multi-tier application infrastructure design
• Experience with cloud computing technologies

Solution Architect – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension.

ASAP.

Solution Architect - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office per week.
