Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior-Salesforce
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior-Salesforce for a 4 month contract role. This position is remote, allowing work from anywhere in Ontario.

Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior-Salesforce - Job Description:
This role involves a critical project focusing on Salesforce integration and development, particularly within the Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud. The candidate will engage in designing and implementing CRM solutions to meet client business requirements.

Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior-Salesforce - Responsibilities:
• Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on client specifications and best practices
• Configurating and integrating Salesforce with other applications using web services or other mechanisms
• Collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Documenting processes, technical designs, and updating build books
• Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve defects/incidents
• Manage issues and User Stories in tools such as JIRA and/or DevOps
• Reporting progress on deliverables and proactively raising risks/issues

Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior-Salesforce - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience in Public Sector Foundation and Sales Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I or equivalent experience
• Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience planning, migrating, implementing, and sustaining large complex system development projects

Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior-Salesforce – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge of project management methodology (e.g., PMBOK)
• Experience with systems evaluation and performance assessment
• Basic knowledge of analytical tools and processes
• Conceptual and analytical skills for cost/benefit analyses
• Teamwork and negotiation skills

This is a 4 month contract position.
