Solutions Designer – CRM Senior:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Solutions Designer – CRM Senior for a 6-month role with an option to extend for up to an additional 6 months. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Solutions Designer – CRM Senior - Job Description:
The project involves configuring and deploying Salesforce Experience Cloud components to support a redesigned 311 interface. The role requires integrating Experience Cloud with Service Cloud backend processes and developing frontend components and user interaction flows.
Solutions Designer – CRM Senior - Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy Salesforce Experience Cloud components supporting the redesigned 311 interface
• Develop frontend components and user interaction flows, including forms and service request journeys
• Integrate Experience Cloud with Service Cloud backend processes
• Configure user authentication, security, and access models
• Provide technical design documentation, including solution architecture inputs and configuration and development artifacts
• Support unit, integration, and system testing activities, including issue identification and resolution
• Prepare deployment packages and support go-live activities
• Provide post-launch support and stabilization
• Deliver knowledge transfer documentation and handover to City teams
Solutions Designer – CRM Senior - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in large project environments within government or large private sector organizations
• Minimum 5+ years of experience using Salesforce technologies, including Visualforce, Apex classes, APIs, and Lightning Web Components
• Salesforce Platform Developer and/or Platform App Builder certification
• Experience integrating Salesforce with business systems using data integration tools
• Experience implementing Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.
• Strong IT knowledge with an understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solutions Designer – CRM Senior – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Additional Salesforce certifications
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and release management practices
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and data privacy controls
• Experience in multi-environment deployments
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Solutions Designer – CRM Senior – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position for approximately 6 months, with an option to extend for up to an additional 6 months.
