Job Description

On behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Sourcing Manager/3rd Party Management for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Phoenix office.

Sourcing Manager/3rd Party Management - Job Description:
The Sourcing Manager will play a vital role within Bank Vendor Management by providing category management leadership and expertise. This role involves fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders, executing strategic sourcing lifecycles, and collaborating with risk and legal services for vendor engagements.

Sourcing Manager/3rd Party Management - Responsibilities:
• Lead competitive sourcing events and vendor negotiations
• Develop and execute category management plans
• Collaborate with Risk and Legal Services on vendor engagements
• Provide economic analysis of vendor proposals
• Support sourcing activities for digital asset and cryptocurrency-related vendor engagements
• Partner with various departments to evaluate vendor risk considerations
• Ensure procurement policies and procedures are followed

Sourcing Manager/3rd Party Management - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years in category management, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
• Experience with digital assets, cryptocurrency, or fintech platforms
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong negotiation skills and contract law understanding
• Expertise in sourcing policies and procedures
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Sourcing Manager/3rd Party Management – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with digital asset market structure and blockchain analytics
• Experience with Ariba and Tableau
• Understanding of crypto custody models and wallet infrastructure
• Knowledge of evolving regulatory expectations in financial institutions
• Experience in supply chain management or related financial services
