Sourcing Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Sourcing Manager for a 12-month contract. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite-candidate must be located to one of the locations: Phoenix, Denver, Westlake, or Orlando office. 

Sourcing Manager - Job Description:
The Sourcing Manager will play a crucial role within Bank Vendor Management (BVM) by providing category management leadership and expertise to business partners. The role involves leading strategic sourcing activities, fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and collaborating with risk and legal teams on vendor engagements.

Sourcing Manager - Responsibilities:
• Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders in core business units
• Lead all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle
• Collaborate with Risk groups and Corporate Legal Services on vendor engagements
• Lead competitive sourcing events to identify competitive vendors or alternative solutions
• Review, analyze, and negotiate strategic projects
• Gather business and technical requirements and produce necessary documentation for RFx events
• Develop internal presentations and business cases for management approvals
• Provide economic analysis of vendor proposals and internal management inquiries
• Support sourcing and procurement activities for digital asset and cryptocurrency-related vendor engagements
• Partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and business stakeholders to evaluate vendor risk considerations
• Ensure that industry-leading procurement services and tools are utilized

Sourcing Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years of experience in category management, strategic sourcing, consulting, vendor management, risk management, and/or procurement
• Experience with digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain infrastructure, crypto custody, fintech platforms, or related technology services
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage category management plans
• Proven track record of building effective relationships with senior level business partners and stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills and understanding of contract law and risk requirements
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong research and analytical skills

Sourcing Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Familiarity with digital asset market structure and crypto custody models
• Knowledge of blockchain analytics and wallet infrastructure
• Understanding of stablecoins and tokenized assets
• Awareness of evolving regulatory expectations for financial institutions

Sourcing Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract
