Job Description
Special Advisor, SeniorProcom is looking for a Senior Special Advisor for one of its Government of Canada clients.
The requirement involves helping to establish practices into user research that are scalable for the complexity of the organization and criticality of the solution and its environment and provide research, advice and strategies to the manager and deputy director in adoption of User Experience and User Experience Research to help adopt User Experience Research, User Centric Design, and UX Design
Mandatory Requirement:
- Experience providing expert advisory services in design thinking, user experience research, and user experience design on a minimum of three (3) projects within the Federal Government over the past ten (10) years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the last 7 years leading large digital business transformation initiatives as a Lead User Experience Designer.
- Minimum 5 years of experience within the last 7 years developing and implementing user experience strategies, service blueprints, and implementation plans.
Contract Term: 9 July 2026 to 28 April 2027 (RFP)
Security Clearance: Secret
Language Requirement: English
