Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics:
On behalf of our Government client, Procom is searching for a Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics for a 12-month role. This position is an onsite position with 5 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics - Job Description:
The project focuses on the ROCS Stabilization and enhancement, which is part of a government modernization initiative to improve safety standards in childcare facilities. The consultant will work on enhancing the Modernized Rental Offences Complaint System (ROCS) Application, ensuring compliance and optimizing performance.

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and identify gaps with recommended solutions
• Update/create architecture and design documentation
• Design, configure, and implement enhancements to the case management system
• Integrate systems with OPS services and remediate defects
• Contribute to quality assurance activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with accessibility and security standards
• Provide deployment and migration strategies for cloud environments
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• More than 8 years of experience in technical solution development and customization
• Expertise in Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages Portal, and case management
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure services
• Hands-on experience with Power Pages Portals and Dataverse integration
• Strong knowledge of MDA security and data controls

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Key Vault
• Familiarity with API Management and Logic Apps
• Experience with Power BI
• Knowledge of SQL optimization
• Experience in government or public sector projects

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
