Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics:
On behalf of our Government Sector client, Procom is searching for a Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics for a 12-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s office in Toronto, Ontario.

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics - Job Description:
This role involves sustaining the Honours and Awards Case Management System (HAACMS). The consultant will work on enhancing the system to meet evolving business requirements, focusing on minor changes and defect fixes in line with the Government’s “Digital First” Agenda.

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics - Responsibilities:
• Analyze client requirements and provide recommended solution options.
• Update architecture artefacts, functional & technical design artefacts for the HAACMS solution.
• Administer and manage changes in the cloud-based environments (DEV, UAT, PROD).
• Design, configure, and implement sustainment/minor enhancements for public portal applications.
• Manage user access and profile management, role-based data access control, and integration for authentication and authorization.
• Design application web forms and manage document handling, ensuring support for modern browsers, mobile, and tablet devices.

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics - Mandatory Skills:
• More than 7 years of experience with technical hands-on solutions development and configuration.
• Experience with MS Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Experience with MS Power App Portal.
• Experience with MS Power Automate.
• Experience with MS Azure Services.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with public-facing portals and case management systems.
• Exposure to a wide range of Microsoft Cloud technologies.
• Understanding of Ontario Public Service processes.

Specialized IT Consultant - Senior-MS Dynamics – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

ASAP.
