Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow:
On behalf of our public sector client, Procom is searching for a Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow - Job Description:
This role involves working on a critical project focused on ServiceNow SPM management. The project includes enhancing project management capabilities and integrating new features within the ServiceNow platform.

Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow - Responsibilities:
• Work with the Portfolio Governance & Analytics team to analyze and optimize the business case intake and project gating governance process.
• Create dashboards and reports to improve visibility and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and governance policies.
• Participate in planning and estimating activities required to test new solutions and enhanced applications.
• Configure and develop proof of concepts utilizing SPM-related modules such as Collaborative Work Management, Cost Management, and others.
• Develop project finance management, resource management, and procurement management features.

Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow - Mandatory Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong understanding of Project Management lifecycle and integration with SPM modules.
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow SPM management.
• Skilled in designing and developing ServiceNow workflows and forms.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Glide Record, and Script Includes.
• Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and Notifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Experience in the public sector.
• Proficient in creating dashboards and reports for strategic decision-making.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow - Start Date:
ASAP.

Specialized IT Consultant-ServiceNow - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days onsite.
