Sr Business Analyst:
Procom is searching for a Sr Business Analyst for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary or Edmonton  office.

Sr Business Analyst - Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sr Business Analyst to support high-impact initiatives across the portfolio. This role ensures requirements are clearly defined and actionable, partnering with Project Managers and technical teams to lead requirements and process analysis from discovery through implementation.

Sr Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end requirements activities across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Partner with Project Managers and Technical Leads to align requirements with scope and timelines
• Elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into structured, testable requirements
• Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing
• Perform data analysis on testing results and user feedback
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technical, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, and vendor teams

Sr Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5–7 years of Business Analysis experience in technology or enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, modeling, and validation
• Proven ability to collaborate with Project Managers and stakeholders
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or stage-gated delivery frameworks
• Strong understanding of SDLC concepts
• Proficiency with process modeling and documentation tools
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical

Sr Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, and Okta
• Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain systems
• Exposure to data analysis, data mapping, or integrations
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity and compliance considerations

Sr Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
The duration of the contract is to be confirmed.


Sr Business Analyst - Assignment Location:
Calgary or Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days in the office.
