Sr. Business Analyst:
On behalf of our Information Technology client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Business Analyst for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Sr. Business Analyst - Job Description:
The project aims to enable Phase 2 of the ther project, focusing on requirements gathering and stakeholder alignment. This involves both current platform enhancements and new development initiatives, particularly in collaboration with partners.

Sr. Business Analyst - Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end requirements gathering across multiple business and technical domains
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
• Develop and maintain key project artefacts, including BRDs and user stories
• Act as the central liaison between business teams, product owners, and development teams
• Translate requirements into user stories for Agile delivery teams
• Define and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
• Identify and document dependencies on external partners and internal systems

Sr. Business Analyst - Mandatory Skills:
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst in large-scale IT or digital transformation projects
• Proven experience with API-driven integrations or platform migrations
• Experience working with multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs
• Strong understanding of API integrations, data flows, and system interactions
• Experience with Agile delivery frameworks
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, structured requirements
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Sr. Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in airline operations, check-in systems, or digital guest journeys
• Familiarity with partner integrations like codeshare or alliances
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across large programs
• Excellent communication skills at both executive and working levels
• Structured, detail-oriented, and outcome-focused

This is a 6-month contract position.
