Senior Business Analyst

On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a 4-month contract role. Location is Calgary, AB (Hybrid).

Senior Business Analyst – Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to define, document, and align end-to-end business, functional, and non-functional requirements for new loyalty partner integrations. This role acts as the bridge between the client's loyalty ecosystem and external partners, ensuring integration requirements are clearly defined, agreed upon, and ready for technical delivery.

Senior Business Analyst – Responsibilities:

• Produce a Business Requirements Document (BRD) covering end-to-end business, functional, non-functional, and technical requirements — including Account Linking/Unlinking and Earn — across all channels and touchpoints, with sign-off from the client and partner
• Write end-to-end requirements for complex, guest-facing initiatives
• Facilitate discovery workshops and requirement sessions with external partners and internal technical teams
• Work independently across multiple initiatives while managing stakeholders across business and technology

Senior Business Analyst – Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience writing end-to-end business, functional, and non-functional requirements for complex, guest-facing initiatives
• Experience facilitating discovery workshops with external partners and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, backend systems, and digital front-end (web/mobile) requirements
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technology

Senior Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with loyalty program mechanics (points earn, redemption, conversion, account linking)
• Background with airline or similar loyalty programs
• Familiarity with digital ecosystems similar to DPS, DPA, MA, AEM, Gravty, or APIM

Senior Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
4 months (Oct 2026 – Jan 2027).

October 1, 2026.
