Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare - Job Description:
The Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare will support the ePrescribe initiative within the Patient Before Paperwork portfolio, focusing on enhancing digital healthcare solutions and improving clinical workflows. This role involves working on critical projects that aim to modernize care delivery and better connect patients and providers to the province’s digital infrastructure.

Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare - Responsibilities:
• Support and conduct analytical activities related to the ePrescription/medication initiative
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement health system business requirements
• Coordinate tasks and ensure effective teamwork and conflict resolution
• Engage in stakeholder management and maintain strong communication channels
• Manage projects or programs in matrix organizational environments

Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5-7 years of business analyst experience within electronic health-related projects
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience with health system business requirements definition and implementation
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience with Healthcare Information Systems and data workflows
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience with medication and pharmacy workflows within hospitals
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• College/University undergraduate degree in Health, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related discipline
• Knowledge of medication and pharmacy business processes
• Public sector experience
• Experience with clinical software systems
• Problem-solving and stress tolerance

Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.

ASAP.

Sr. Business Analyst-Healthcare - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with a hybrid work model requiring up to 3 days onsite.
