Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement:
On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement - Job Description:
The Senior Business Analyst for MFA Enablement plays a crucial role in enhancing the organization's security strategy by leading assessments and planning for MFA adoption. This involves working with various stakeholders to ensure secure and compliant access management practices are established.

Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement - Responsibilities:
• Lead Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) application assessments and readiness reviews across the enterprise.
• Gather and document business, security, and technical requirements.
• Analyze application inventories and validate ownership, scope, and MFA applicability.
• Facilitate workshops with application owners, architects, and security teams.
• Document implementation plans, dependencies, risks, and target dates.
• Support exception identification, remediation planning, and governance reviews.
• Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and executive materials.
• Track action items, risks, issues, and delivery progress to completion.
• Produce clear recommendations based on data analysis and stakeholder input.
• Support the transition of MFA governance processes into BAU operations.

Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement - Mandatory Skills:
• 7+ years of Business Analysis, IAM, cybersecurity, or Technology Risk experience.
• Strong understanding of IT Security technologies such as SAML, SSO, Active Directory, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Experience supporting enterprise IAM or MFA transformation programs.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large data sets.
• Advanced Excel skills including reporting, pivots, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Entra ID, Okta, CyberArk, or Transmit Security.
• Knowledge of NIST, IAM governance, and security compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Power BI, SharePoint, or Azure DevOps.
• CBAP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.
• Experience in a large, regulated enterprise or financial services environment.

Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.

Sr. Business Analyst - MFA Enablement - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days in the office each week.
