Sr. Dynamics Developer:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Dynamics Developer for a 12-month role. This position is onsite 5 days a week at our client’s Toronto office.

Sr. Dynamics Developer - Job Description:
The Sr. Dynamics Developer will be involved in a comprehensive project focused on enhancing and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform. The role includes both low-code and custom development to advance the existing systems and integrate with Microsoft cloud technologies.

Sr. Dynamics Developer - Responsibilities:
• Translate technical system specifications into working, tested applications
• Develop detailed programming specifications
• Write and/or generate code
• Compile data-driven programs
• Maintain applications and conduct unit testing
• Resolve and troubleshoot technical problems during software operation
• Provide technical assistance during implementation, conversion, and migration activities

Sr. Dynamics Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design
• Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integrations, and Microsoft cloud technologies
• Extensive experience developing Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including Case Management and Knowledge Management
• Experience with Azure SQL, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD Pipelines
• Experience with both low-code and custom development in Dynamics 365
• Working knowledge of Dataverse design and development
• Experience developing solutions using Azure technologies

Sr. Dynamics Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Knowledge and experience developing Internet-ready applications
• Experience with Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodologies
• Knowledge of Information Management principles, concepts, policies, and practices
• Experience with middleware and gateways
• Knowledge of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards

Sr. Dynamics Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
