Sr iOS Software Developer:
On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Sr iOS Software Developer for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Austin, Texas office.

Sr iOS Software Developer - Job Description:
The Sr iOS Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting mobile applications in accordance with Schwab mobile best practices. The role involves optimizing user experiences for mobile devices and ensuring the seamless integration of new features and functionalities.

Sr iOS Software Developer - Responsibilities:
• Prepare specifications, design, develop, and support mobile applications
• Assess and optimize designs for user experiences on phones and tablets
• Create and perform unit testing for mobile devices
• Build native mobile apps and troubleshoot technical problems
• Prepare documentation for new development work
• Develop compelling user experiences using Apple iOS frameworks and SDKs

Sr iOS Software Developer - Mandatory Skills:
• 6+ years of native iOS development
• Expert in-depth working experience in Swift
• Experience with UIKit, Combine, and Swift UI
• Experience writing Unit Test and Automated UI tests using XCTest framework
• Experience integrating with REST APIs
• Experience with CI/CD and debugging issues
• Experience performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers

Sr iOS Software Developer – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with reactive architecture
• Experience building native features as a module
• Understanding of SOLID design principles
• Experience with native accessibility features like VoiceOver and Dynamic Type
• Experience with design systems

Sr iOS Software Developer – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position.

Austin, Texas, United States. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office.
