Job Description

Sr. PCO:
On behalf of our Software Engineering Shared Services client, Procom is searching for a Senior PCO for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Sr. PCO - Job Description:
The Senior PCO will be responsible for managing project budgets and forecasts, utilizing Clarity, and preparing forecasts and reports using MS Excel. This role involves coordinating with resource managers on capacity forecasts and collaborating with Project Managers and other PCOs on project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.

Sr. PCO - Responsibilities:
• Manage project budgets and forecasts in Clarity
• Prepare MS Excel-based forecasts and reports
• Coordinate with resource managers on capacity forecasts
• Collaborate with PMs and other PCOs on project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans

Sr. PCO - Mandatory Skills:
• College diploma in computer science, administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel
• For candidates located in Quebec, French/English bilingualism is required

Sr. PCO – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
• Proficiency with Clarity
• French proficiency for candidates in Ontario

Sr. PCO – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension.

Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days in the office.
