Sr. Product Manager:
On behalf of our Financial Service client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Product Manager for a 15-month contract role. Location in Phoenix, Arizona,  85016 United States, remote but must reside within 50 miles of the office for occasional vists. 

Sr. Product Manager - Job Description:
This role involves managing product and IT partnerships to ensure resource demand and cross-domain dependencies are well documented. The position focuses on program roadmaps, prioritization, and managing logistics of internal release boards for outstanding product deliverables.

Sr. Product Manager - Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary contact for product and IT partners
• Actively manage BCAT PI readiness backlog
• Manage logistics of internal release board
• Oversee BCAT intake backlog and tactical prioritization
• Coordinate cadence and follow-up on cross-team projects
• Responsible for department-focused reporting and communication
• Track production release of committed work across PIs
• Maintain Product Catalog documentation
• Assist in PDLC domain rollout
• Provide thought-leadership on demand needs and process improvement

Sr. Product Manager - Mandatory Skills:

• 5-to-10 years experience managing large, complex projects

Sr. Product Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Securities Industry/Operational background
• Prior working knowledge of JIRA or related Scrum tools
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools
• 7-10 years experience in Agile Framework
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience

This is a 15-month contract position.
