Sr. Program Director:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Program Director for a one-year role. This position is onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Sr. Program Director - Job Description:
The Senior IMT Program Director will lead Phase 0 of the Regulatory Platform Modernization (RPM) program. This phase involves a 120-day planning effort to produce a formal business case for ELT and Board consideration. Following approval, the Program Director will continue to lead future phases of modernization.

Sr. Program Director - Responsibilities:
• Lead RPM Phase 0 planning activities and produce a formal business case by October 2026.
• Coordinate work across IMT and Regulatory Enhancement to define program plans and key dependencies.
• Manage updates and decision materials for senior leadership and maintain discipline around legacy system changes.
• Track progress against milestones, timelines, and budget expectations.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and support the transition from planning to full program execution.

Sr. Program Director - Mandatory Skills:
• 10 years of senior program experience with large enterprise programs or technology consulting.
• Experience leading technology platform migrations or legacy system retirements.
• Experience with COTS platform integration and competitive vendor processes.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• PROSCI certification.

Sr. Program Director – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Leadership in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Effective communication at ELT and Board levels.
• Experience with managed service provider governance.
• Ability to deliver under pressure in complex environments.

Sr. Program Director – Assignment Length:
This is a one-year contract position.
