Sr. Project Manager:
On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Project Manager for a five-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Sr. Project Manager - Job Description:
The Sr. Project Manager will oversee key projects within the Guest Experience & Marketing department, focusing on delivering outcomes aligned with department KPIs and annual objectives. The role involves managing a variety of projects, including platform upgrades and process automation, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Sr. Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
• Lead day-to-day project execution, ensuring milestones are achieved
• Monitor progress against the plan and proactively address delays or blockers
• Act as the central coordination point across teams and business units
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes

Sr. Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 5–8+ years of project management experience in complex environments
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Experience with risk management, dependency management, and governance
• Excellent communication skills across executive and operational audiences
• Leadership and influence without authority
• Strategic thinking with strong execution focus

Sr. Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Change management
• Strong skills in MS Planner or similar
• Vendor / partner management experience

Sr. Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a five-month contract position.
