Sr. Project Manager:
On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Project Manager for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

Sr. Project Manager - Job Description:
The Sr. Project Manager will lead projects in the CyberSecurity and AI domains within a federally regulated financial institution. The role involves managing complex technical projects, simplifying AI concepts, and ensuring successful delivery through effective stakeholder management and communication.

Sr. Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Deliver Cyber Security and AI projects
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications, including C-suite interactions
• Simplify complex technical and AI concepts for diverse audiences
• Drive project delivery with strong financial and schedule discipline
• Adapt to changing project scopes and environments
• Collaborate with Business & Technology teams to define project scope and outcomes
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles

Sr. Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 8-10+ years of experience in project management
• Proven experience in Cyber Security and AI project delivery
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interact and negotiate with C-suite executives
• Strong understanding of System Architecture, SDLC & Delivery Methods
• Financial discipline and budget management experience
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Sr. Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience in a federally regulated financial institution

• Ability to forecast accurately
• Experience with integration projects
• Teamwork and collaboration skills

Sr. Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 12-month contract position.
