On behalf of our Technology client, Procom is searching for a Sr Project Manager (Cybersecurity Unification) for a 4.5 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.
Sr Project Manager (Cybersecurity Unification) - Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of Cybersecurity Unification initiatives, focused on integrating and standardizing cybersecurity capabilities across WestJet and Sunwing. This role supports the transition to a single operating model with unified processes, technology, and governance.
Sr Project Manager (Cybersecurity Unification) - Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery across cybersecurity unification workstreams including governance, tooling consolidation, identity, SOC, and engineering.
• Manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple teams.
• Drive execution across cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and integration teams.
• Coordinate standardization of cybersecurity processes and tools across organizations.
• Partner with Cybersecurity leadership, enterprise technology, and business stakeholders to drive decisions and alignment.
• Establish and manage project governance, reporting, and controls.
• Manage complex interdependencies across identity, ITSM, CMDB, and technology foundations.
Sr Project Manager (Cybersecurity Unification) - Mandatory Skills:
• 8–12+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience delivering cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise integration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as IAM, SOC, DevSecOps, and governance.
• Experience managing complex, multi-team transformation programs.
• Strong delivery execution and governance capabilities.
• Experience with large-scale transformation and operating model change.
Sr Project Manager (Cybersecurity Unification) – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage complex dependencies and integration challenges.
• Experience with large-scale transformation and operating model change.
Sr Project Manager (Cybersecurity Unification) – Assignment Length:
This is a contract position from August 2026, to December 31, 2026.
