Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare:
On behalf of our healthcare client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with up to 3 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare - Job Description:
The role focuses on the ePrescribing solutions within the Patients Before Paperwork (Pb4P) initiative, aiming to modernize clinical workflows and enhance connectivity between patients and providers. This project involves streamlining the medication management process by enabling secure, direct transmission of prescriptions from clinicians to pharmacies.

Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare - Responsibilities:
• Manage electronic health-related projects, particularly involving clinical software systems
• Oversee project goals, risk management, scope, and scheduling
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality management
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project participants

Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare - Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in project management of electronic health-related projects
• Experience with clinical software systems deployment
• Strong understanding of project management concepts
• Knowledge of medication workflows and associated business processes
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple projects

Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Public sector experience
• Familiarity with digital healthcare infrastructure
• Experience in ePrescribing solutions
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Problem-solving and teamwork abilities

Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position.
