Sr Project Manager:
On behalf of our Aviation client, Procom is searching for a Sr Project Manager for a 4.5-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s Calgary office.

Sr Project Manager - Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Payment Services Optimization program, which focuses on modernizing and automating payment processes for our client. This role involves driving transformation in payables, receivables, and invoice processing to enhance operational efficiency.

Sr Project Manager - Responsibilities:
• Lead delivery of automation initiatives including payment runs, invoice ingestion, payables/receivables, and commission settlements.
• Manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path.
• Drive cross-functional execution across business, finance, and technology teams.
• Oversee integration across ERP platforms, source systems, and invoice processing tools.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations to define requirements and priorities.
• Maintain project governance, reporting, and controls.
• Identify and manage delivery risks including vendor dependencies, resource constraints, and integration challenges.

Sr Project Manager - Mandatory Skills:
• 8–12+ years in project or program management.
• Experience delivering finance, ERP, or payment system initiatives.
• Strong experience in system integration, vendor management, and business transformation.
• Relevant certification (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Sr Project Manager – Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Strong delivery execution and financial acumen.
• Ability to manage complex integrated environments.
• Strong risk and dependency management.

Sr Project Manager – Assignment Length:
This is a 4.5-month contract position.
